What are the delivery times for Gielden jewellery?

Core Collection, High Jewellery, and Bridal pieces are typically delivered within two to three weeks from confirmation.

Do bespoke pieces have the same delivery timeframe?

Bespoke creations follow individual timelines, quoted on a case-by-case basis, reflecting the unique nature of each commission.

Do you accept returns?

Due to the bespoke nature of our jewellery, we are unable to accept returns once a piece has been made.
