Our sizing guide has been created to help you determine the most accurate fit, whether you are selecting a piece from our collection or commissioning a bespoke creation.
Print the guide on an A4 sheet of paper, ensuring the document is printed at 100% scale (do not select “fit to page”) and in portrait format. Place a ring that fits comfortably on the circles provided and align the inner edge of the ring with the circle that most closely matches its size. If your ring sits between two sizes, we recommend selecting the larger option.
download the ring tableWrap a piece of string or a narrow strip of paper around the widest part of your finger. Mark the point where it overlaps, then lay it flat and measure the length with a ruler. Compare your measurement against the size chart below to determine your ring size.

Print the wrist measurer on an A4 sheet of paper at 100% scale (do not select “fit to page”) and in landscape format. Carefully cut out the measurer and wrap it around your wrist to assess the most comfortable fit.
Please note that paper is thinner than a finished bracelet. For this reason, the measurement obtained may be slightly smaller than your true size. We recommend adding 0.5 to 1 centimetre to your final measurement for optimal comfort.

Every Gielden creation is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity, issued in either digital or paper format, depending on the piece.
This certificate confirms the origin and authenticity of your jewellery and is recognised across Gielden services. It also supports any applicable guarantees relating to craftsmanship and manufacturing quality.
When requesting after-sales services, we kindly ask that you present your certificate of authenticity, whether digital or paper. Should your certificate be misplaced or lost, our Client Services team will be pleased to assist you.

Delivery Method
All Gielden jewellery is hand-delivered. This ensures each creation is transported securely and presented with the respect its craftsmanship deserves, rather than treated as a standard parcel.
Delivery Timeframes
Core Collection, High Jewellery, and Bridal pieces are typically delivered within two to three weeks from order confirmation. This timeframe allows for final checks and careful preparation prior to delivery.
Bespoke Orders
Bespoke creations follow individual timelines, shaped by design complexity, materials, and craftsmanship. Estimated delivery times are discussed and confirmed on a case-by-case basis at the point of commission.
Returns Policy
Due to the bespoke nature of Gielden jewellery, we are unable to accept returns once a piece has been created. Each piece is made with intention and specificity, and this approach does not lend itself to conventional return processes.
